We went to my mom’s for lunch today and had a great time. The boy got to dye eggs with my mom and I got to try a cool new food. I forget what it’s called. I think my mom said it was a breakfast casarole. Good stuff. And it was a nice day out as well, so that made the day even better.

OOh breakfast casarole lol. I remember eatign that each time I’d sleep over at a friend (his casarole was a layered pork and beans, hot dogs and sausages, sunnyside-up eggs baked in a pyrex dish)
